Model Leg Body Shaping


With fashion that shows off the legs becoming mainstream, straight, slender, and thin "stick legs," or what are known as model legs, have become a must-have for all women, not just models.

In model leg body shaping, people tend to focus on the thinness of the legs, but the biggest key is to create a straight line in the legs.

Model leg body shaping must include the following two body shaping processes:

1. Thinness
2. Straightness

If your legs are already thin enough, you can skip step 1. If not, we recommend a body shaping plan that works on both 1 and 2 simultaneously.

When you think about the straightness of model legs, it's easy to focus only on countermeasures for O-legs and X-legs, which are about straightness when viewed from the front. However, it's even more important to create a uniform balance between the front and back of the thighs when viewed from the side. This is because even if you only take measures against O-legs and X-legs, they will quickly return if there is no uniform balance between the front and back of the thighs. You can understand that this is only natural from a mechanical perspective.

First is the process of slimming the legs.

This requires body shaping that addresses the body's overall body fat and silhouette, such as losing excess fat overall, changing the shape of specific parts, and adjusting posture and the skeleton's silhouette into straight joint angles. If you have particularly noticeable and thick calves, you'll also need body shaping that specializes in calves.

Next is the straightness process.

For this, you first need to perform body shaping that creates a uniform balance between the front and back of the thighs when viewed from the side.

In general, the muscles on the front of the thighs are more developed and protrude more than the muscles on the back, so it's easy to assume that you just need to train the back of the thighs.

However, this is the difference between typical "beautiful leg body shaping" and "model leg body shaping." If you make the mistake of incorporating training exercises for the back of the thighs, such as Romanian deadlifts or leg curls, you may develop too much definition or your legs may become too muscular. For many women, this is counterproductive for model leg body shaping, so you need to be careful when choosing your body shaping method.

Also, in the straightness process, it is possible to do body shaping through running or walking by performing appropriate exercises before and after. Incorporating this as one of your model leg body shaping approaches would be a good idea.

After that, you'll move on to O-leg and X-leg countermeasures to create a straight line from the front. As I mentioned before, this is meaningless unless you first create a uniform balance between the front and back of the thighs when viewed from the side.

So, as an approach to model leg body shaping, people tend to think that you should move your legs to improve them.

However, this can be a major pitfall in model leg body shaping. Doing weird leg-moving exercises can often ruin the leg line for some people. In such cases, a body shaping approach that doesn't involve moving the legs at all is recommended.

First, it's good to keep in mind that you can create model legs even without doing exercises that involve moving your legs.

There are also body shaping methods that can quickly improve O-legs and X-legs just by doing exercises that move unrelated parts of the body, such as moving your pinky and ring fingers one by one or moving just one shoulder. Each person's body is different. There are many different approaches that can be tailored to your body.
